Civil Engineer Gelderland region - Deta-vast

Keeping the quality of our civil work high. That's what you'll do as a civil contractor at Liander in the Gelderland region. A coordinating position with great responsibility. The position is for 36 to 40 hours. You will make the net more professional at Alliander.

The energy transition is impossible without you as a civilian implementer

You direct the civil works that contractors perform on behalf of Liander. And you check them for quality, timeliness and safety. To this end, you maintain contact with various stakeholders. For example, the municipality, contractor, customer and people in the area. Do you see areas for improvement? Then you discuss them with the contractor. You also regularly consult with the Engineering Department during the design and preparation phase. You carry out this work independently, under the responsibility of a technical supervisor. We are creating the energy network of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a civil engineer, you will contribute to this. So you are busy with the:

• Supervise, guide and monitor the execution of civil works. In doing so, you pay attention to planning, budget and guidelines.
• Organize all necessary consultations with governments, clients and contractors.
• Applying the necessary safety, health and environmental provisions.
• Administer and report such things as hours worked, deviations in material usage and results.
• Taking care of the final delivery and aftercare of the project. And involve the necessary parties in the process.

• At least a technical mbo 3 diploma.
• VOP-LS and VOP-MS designations, or willingness to obtain them.
• Knowledge of the contracting industry and basic knowledge of specifications.

What are the conditions after one year, when you join Alliander:

For that, you get based on a 40-hour work week:

• A salary between €3,527.03 to €4,702.70 gross per month.
• Service car (which may be driven privately).
• An annual individual choice budget (IKB) of 18% (full-time) or 12.8% (part-time) of your gross annual salary. This includes 8% vacation allowance. You can have this amount paid out, but you can also buy extra days off, for example. You choose what suits you.  
• a December year-end bonus of 6% of the monthly salary paid in the current calendar year.
• Every year a DI budget of € 500 for your sustainable employability. Because being and remaining sustainably employable is essential for all of us. Choose, for example, for arboproof work furniture, coaching sessions or sports. You decide where your budget goes.
• paid parental leave. Makes sense, because by law it must be in the first year of your child's life, a total of 9 weeks at 70% of your salary. After that, it's unpaid. We do this differently. We pay 70% of the minimum wage your entire leave period. Immediately after the birth of your child, we make it even better for partners. You can supplement the statutory birth leave so that you can be home even longer and on full pay.
