You ensure that all technical work on our power grids is properly organized. You make sure that work is carried out in accordance with established safety regulations, both during preparation and execution. You demonstrate leadership, set a good example, and ensure there is one clear procedure. In this way, you contribute to a positive safety culture—one in which you prioritize the safety of your colleagues and continuously improve it. We’re building the energy grid of the future for everyone, together with everyone. And as an electrical supervisor, you’ll play a part in this. Your responsibilities will include:

• assess, monitor, and take responsibility for the safety and quality of our work.
• determining the appropriate content of work plans and sequence plans.
• Discuss the assignment with the workers so they know what the work entails and what safety measures are required.
• conducting workplace visits to check for hazards, safety measures, and compliance with safety instructions.
• proposing procedures to ensure safer work environments and taking action in unsafe situations.
