You will be in charge of various electrical engineering projects in the North Holland region. In addition, you will manage contractors who have a contract in your work area. Together with your team of technicians, you will resolve malfunctions safely and as quickly as possible. You will also be responsible for maintaining the Liander grid. In doing so, you will keep track of all ongoing work. We are building the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as an electrical engineering supervisor, you’ll be part of this effort. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the quality and safety of the power grid and your colleagues.
• maintain contact with customers, contractors, and colleagues. In doing so, you communicate clearly and manage expectations.
• developing work and transition plans, organizing the main aspects of implementation, and ensuring quality control.
• collaborate with various internal and external parties.
• Participate in on-call and emergency response shifts (once a month, aiming for once every six weeks).

• an MBO-4 diploma in electrical engineering.
• Guidelines relevant to the position: BEI-WV LS and MS.
• Demonstrated leadership and management experience.
• Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar role in the electrical engineering field.
• Experience in preparing safety plans.
• has demonstrable experience as a technician at the BEI AVP MS level 
• LS/MS switching authority
• Own a vehicle to travel to job sites and be able to drive a manual transmission; have the appropriate PPE available for this purpose.
