Your role as a Work Supervisor in the High-Voltage (HV) Infrastructure is of crucial importance. You assess, ensure, and take responsibility for safety in all work activities within the HV network. You lead our HV technicians. Thanks to you, they work safely. You’ll drive from home to your work location in the Rhineland region. How? In a company lease car, of course. Together, we’re working hard on the energy transition and making the Netherlands increasingly sustainable. This is a 38-hour-per-week position. You’ll help make the grid safer at Alliander.

You make the grid better thanHigh-Voltage Site Supervisor for New Construction

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring that work involving high voltage is carried out safely. You create efficient schedules for both your own work and that of the technicians carrying out the work. This allows you to maintain control over your workload. You ensure that requests for work and switching plans are submitted in a timely and clear manner. Safety is paramount at Qirion. That is why you are also tasked with inspecting work areas for risks. In addition, you oversee the process of modifying installations and bringing them back into service. We are building the energy grid of the future for everyone, with everyone. And as a high-voltage work supervisor, you play a key role in this effort. Furthermore, your responsibilities include:

- Preparing various projects at our substations.

- determining the procedures that must be followed to ensure a safe working environment.

- Monitor and promote compliance with (BEI) procedures and work instructions. Safety comes first!

• an MBO-4 diploma in electrical engineering.
• At least 2 years of work experience in electrical engineering with high-voltage installations.
• At least a BEI HS WV transport designation.
• Industry-specific certifications, such as the Safety, Health, and Environment Checklist for Contractors (VCA).
• Due to the on-call schedule, you must live within the Rhineland region or in the immediate vicinity.
