This is what you will do

As a Case Manager in Task Delegation, you work under the responsibility and supervision of the (company) doctor. This allows you, under certain conditions, to know more about the (medical) situation of the employee. You direct the absence and reintegration process. Your primary responsibility is to guard and monitor your own portfolio. You are -together with the (company) doctor owner of the entire cycle and function as case manager within the first 104 weeks for the complete process from A to Z. You work closely with colleagues, such as the process director and staff doctor, and will work in a close team with a good atmosphere, in which you can spar with each other.

In this role you will support the (company) physician in the medical reintegration counseling. You are the first point of contact for the employee. Through your knowledge and decisiveness you know how to positively influence the process of work resumption, not losing sight of the interests of all stakeholders. Adequately you know how to take appropriate action (e.g. the deployment of an intervention). If the process stagnates and you are able to get to the bottom of this. In this position you maintain relationships largely by phone, digitally or on location at the client.

In addition, you possess the following:

• A relevant completed college education (e.g. HRM, Psychology or Law). Additional training in ROV, RCCM, RCM or NSSO is a plus.
• Good command of the Dutch and English language in word and writing.
