Will you be our clients' point of contact for questions about their pension files?
This is what you will do
As (experienced) Customer Coordinator Pensions you are the point of contact for the client and other stakeholders on the pension file. You ensure optimal service and quality of service and are responsible for fulfilling the agreements made with the client. An important part of this is the preparation, monitoring and supervision of quotations, schedules and budgets.
You will be working in a dynamic environment on the AGCN (Aon Global Client Network) portfolio within the SME (Small Medium Enterprises) and GCC (Global Corporate Clients) segment, this includes serving international clients. In this position, you will be closely involved in the various quotation processes and you will ensure proactive communication about these with the client and any third parties. It goes without saying that the client's interests come first. As point of contact for the customer, it is also important that you develop yourself sufficiently in terms of content in order to have sufficient knowledge to be able to speak to the customer properly.
