Role description and task arrangements

Job description:
The portfolio manager is responsible for rationalizing a defined set of non-selling products within commercial non-life insurance. The focus is on analyzing and converting these products, developing product rationalization plans, and guiding conversion processes. This role does not include strategic product management tasks.

Responsibilities :
• Perform analysis of a defined set of non-selling products to evaluate their performance and market relevance.
• Develop proposals for the rationalization of these non-selling products into selling products
• Coordinating with various stakeholders, including carrier management, to ensure that rationalization plans align with the selling strategy within the power of attorney company
• Drafting and coordinating customer communications for rationalization processes to effectively inform and guide customers during product transitions.
• Managing changes and incidents in the streams to ensure continuity and quality of service.
• Designing and managing the reduction of discounts and allowances
• Facilitate weekly stream meetings to monitor progress and promote team collaboration.

Required skills and qualifications:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in product management within the insurance sector, with a focus on commercial non-life insurance.
• Excellent analytical skills and experience with product rationalization and conversion processes.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in analyzing portfolio
