We are seeking a heavyweight Senior Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the global implementation of our new, integrated claims management platform. This is a high-impact project involving the migration from legacy tracking solutions to a cutting-edge, standardized global system for commercial insurance.
As the lead BA, you will be the strategic bridge between international business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will be responsible for navigating complex, multi-country requirements and ensuring the platform meets both local regulatory needs and global scalability goals.
Requirements Engineering: Lead the analysis for the global claims platform, including complex data migration strategies from existing solutions.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate workshops and high-level interviews with business and IT leaders across multiple jurisdictions.
High-Quality Deliverables: Produce and maintain robust BA documentation, including:
Business & Functional Requirements (BRD/FRD)
Detailed Use Cases, User Stories, and rigorous Acceptance Criteria.
Visualizing "As-Is" vs. "To-Be" process flows and optimized User Journeys.
Standardization vs. Localization: Analyze multi-country requirements to distinguish between essential local deviations and opportunities for global standardization.
Agile Delivery Support: Actively support backlog refinement and prioritization. Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, and Dev teams to ensure testable, clear requirements for UAT.
Expertise: 10+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst on large-scale, multi-stakeholder international projects.
Domain Knowledge: A strong background in Claims Management specifically within Commercial Insurance is essential.
Track Record: Proven experience in claims system implementations or replacements (Greenfield or Migration).
Tech Stack: Highly skilled in Azure DevOps, Confluence, Visio, or similar modeling and collaboration tools.
Soft Skills: Exceptional English communication skills (written/verbal). You are self-driven, highly structured, and thrive in a fully remote, global environment.
Logistics: Currently based in the Netherlands
This is a sophisticated, long-term challenge where you can apply your deep insurance expertise to a truly global transformation. You will work with a high-performing distributed team in a streamlined, remote-first culture.
