Role description and task arrangements

Who we are
Bedrijfsvoering works for the entire Association Interprovinciaal Overleg and has the disciplines: procurement, finance, HR, ICT, facility management and legal.
From the current position, we work from the following units:
  • Fauna Affairs and ACSG (Advisory Committee on Groundwater Damage).
  • Nature Information and Nature Management
  • GBO to manage shared information systems.
  • Nitrogen and Natura 2000
  • The units of BIJ12 are supported by the unit Bedrijfsvoering
You will work within the IPO's Operations unit. This unit supports the organization in the areas of facility management, HR, procurement, finance, communications and corporate legal affairs.
What you will do
IPO is accountable to the Board of the Interprovincial Consultation through the Planning and Control Cycle. We do this on the work IPO does for the provinces and on the association's income and expenses. Together with the Planning & Control advisor, board and management, you ensure that the P&C documents are prepared correctly and on time. You are jointly responsible for ensuring that accountability documents such as the annual plan/budget, annual accounts/annual report, the spring and fall memorandum and the work plan including quarterly and annual reports are delivered on time and correctly. You also check balance sheet accounts.

In coordination with managers/project leaders, you prepare financial reports, for example on granted subsidies. You collect all documents for the annual accounts file and you are the contact person for the accountant in this regard. You advise managers and colleagues on budgets and their use. Within the execution of the P&C cycle you support the P&C advisor. Furthermore you take care of the correct execution of the financial administration and processing of payroll overviews and tax returns.

32-36 hours per week
Option to extend: 2 x 6 months

Renewal is on otherwise unchanged contractual terms (including the hourly rate).
