Role description and task arrangements
Who we are
BIJ12 is the implementing organization for the 12 provinces and brings together knowledge and information about the rural area and physical environment in the Netherlands. BIJ12 ensures uniformity in information supply and implementation of provincial regulations.
This is being worked on from 4 units:
The assignment consists of two main parts:
- Advice on the continued development of the PAV (in an Agile process).
- input into, by participating in, the PAV working group.
- advise on and contribute to the organization of the user day on September 16, 2025.
- recommendations based on user input.
Scenario 1: Transfer to new administrator
- exploratory discussions with potential managers and users.
- a handover plan and a plan (of action) for structural management by the new manager including timeline and governance.
- decision memo and advice for the IPO Board.
Scenario 2: Structural management at BIJ12
- a plan (of approach) for structural management by BIJ12, including governance and multi-year budget.
- coordinate and guide the process to reach agreements and contract.
- decision memorandum and advice for the IPO board.
- a working group for content development and guidance, in consultation with BIJ12.
- coordination with RIVM and other stakeholders and communication with users.
Renewal is on otherwise unchanged contractual terms (including the hourly rate).
8 hours on average per week
Option to extend for 2 x 6 months

- Nature Information and Nature Management
- GBO to manage shared information systems.
- Nitrogen and Natura 2000
The assignment consists of two main parts:
- Portal Atlas Safety (PAV).
- Advice on the continued development of the PAV (in an Agile process).
- input into, by participating in, the PAV working group.
- advise on and contribute to the organization of the user day on September 16, 2025.
- recommendations based on user input.
2. Population service
The management of the population service by BIJ12 will be evaluated before deciding on final management. Depending on the outcome of the evaluation, there are two scenarios and therefore the following contributions and results are expected from you:Scenario 1: Transfer to new administrator
