Role description and task arrangements
Who we are
Team Bedrijfsvoering works for the entire organization Interprovinciaal Overleg (Utrecht and The Hague) and includes the disciplines, finance, HR, ICT, facilities, procurement and legal affairs.
What you will do
Most of the work will consist of booking incoming invoices in Exact Globe, maintaining the mailbox, recording obligations in the obligations administration and booking the bank.
36 hours per week
Renewal options 4 x 6 months
Renewal will be on otherwise equal contractual terms (including hourly rate).
