Role description and task arrangements
Are you an experienced project manager who likes to be a spider in the web and wants to be the face to provinces, ministries and stakeholders on the challenging issues surrounding the legalization of PAS notifiers and provincial nature policy. Within our team you will be right at home. You will work within the Interprovincial Rural Area Program Organization in a close-knit team that works on complex tasks in the rural area, and in the area of legalization of the PAS notifiers and complex issues in the nature file in particular. These are social tasks for which provinces are looked to for solutions. As project manager you will work with provinces, but also with the State, on solutions and advise our official and administrative advisory committees on the approach. This requires knowledge, administrative experience, creativity and guts!
What are you going to do?
For the Interprovincial program organization Rural Area (IPLG) you will work within the team VTH (Permitting, Supervision & Enforcement) and the team Nature.
You will work as a project leader and work closely with the program manager, task managers and the policy advisors and substantive experts on the transition rural area. The focus of your work will be on issues arising from the legalization of the PAS notifiers. In the field of nature, you will initially be deployed on politically competent dossiers such as the wolf dossier. You willwork closely with employees of provinces, the State and other important stakeholders and take care of the necessary relationship management. You are an authoritative advisor to official portfolio holders and directors. At the tactical level you are responsible for organizing and directing colleagues at the provinces, IPO and BIJ 12 in order to achieve the requested products and to ensure that this is done with the right support and coordination within the interprovincial context. As project manager you also have an eye for the broader connection with other parts within the program organization and you manage the necessary coordination and agreements.
Number of 36 per week
Extension options (e.g. 4 x 6 months)
Extension will take place on the basis of contractual conditions (including the hourly rate) that remain the same.
Any indexing will take place for at most the CBS Service Price Index (DPI), table Service Prices; commercial services and transport, index 2021=100, according to the following calculation method: (index figure [new quarter] - index figure [old quarter])/ index figure [old quarter] x 100%. The new quarter is the most recent quarter for which the final index figure is known; the old quarter is the same quarter of the previous year. Indexation is possible once a year, but not earlier than 24 months after commencement of the Assignment.
