Temporary HR Coordinator
Together we are building a future-proof Borne. A place where growth, development and sustainability go hand in hand. In the area of HR, we face a challenge: to strengthen our HR structure and processes so that they not only meet today's requirements, but are also ready for the future.
To achieve this transformation, we want a master plan as the foundation of our approach. This plan will be the foundation of our approach and will involve concrete work for both the HR team and our executives. It requires vision, collaboration and decisiveness. Our goal is to adopt the master plan in the first half of 2025. Then you will play a crucial role in the implementation, as an indispensable link in the process.
You play a key role in guiding our HR staff in their daily work, self-organization and professionalism. In addition, you provide valuable support to our strategic HR advisor. Your expertise and commitment ensure that both the team and the organization perform optimally.
You will be part of HR within the Organizational Support team. HR consists of eight driven colleagues: one Strategic HR Advisor, four HR consultants and three HR administration employees. The Department Manager Working Together, your principal, leads the team.

What will you do?
 
  • Draft, implement (begin to implement) and monitor the master plan "Bringing Personnel Management to a Qualitative and Acceptable Level
  • Daily direction and support of the eight HR staff members
  • You motivate, guide and inspire your team to continuously improve and innovate.
  • Develop and write strategic HR policies
  • Actively contribute to monitoring and improving consistency between business management sub-areas within the Working Together department
  • Co-support the department manager in developing and implementing HR strategies that contribute to achieving organizational and departmental goals
