What you do:
In the role of residential supervisor, you will be the point of contact for our residents. You will have conversations about their situation and future and offer them guidance on how to move forward. You also organize activities that provide structure and relaxation. You have an eye for cultural differences and work methodically with your colleagues to create a safe and supportive environment where everyone feels welcome.
In addition, the following tasks are part of your job:

• Identifying and de-escalating conflicts and tensions
• Consult with colleagues about residents' situation and dynamics
• Reporting to the site manager
• Provide information and help residents increase their self-sufficiency
• Manage and distribute supplies and facilities
• Giving instructions and referring to relevant agencies as needed
