Role description and task arrangements

Lawyer supervision, enforcement & safety
Legal advice, orders, policy proposals, pleadings, defense briefs, nothing is foreign to you. Do you have this knowledge? Then this is your chance to use it at Noaberkracht, because we are looking for an experienced lawyer with preferably knowledge in the field of enforcement and safety. Are you the one? What will you do?
  • A day's workday is never boring: One minute you're drafting an emergency order and the next you're advising a supervisor and working on a restraining order.
  • You will perform common legal work and analyze legal issues.
  • You draft legal documents (opinions, (draft) orders, policy proposals, etc.).
  • You will represent the municipality in court in objection and appeal cases.
  • You draft pleadings and/or defenses in the context of objection and appeal cases (including views) and attend hearings.
  • You review and monitor the legally correct application of policies and procedures in various subject areas. And you support and advise employees in the application of these policies, regulations and rules.
What do you need for that?
  • Because we work from self-organizing teams, you are expected to be able to lead yourself, guard your boundaries, be visible to your colleagues and actively seek collaboration.
  • You have a completed legal education, at the college level.
  • You have experience with relevant laws and regulations in the field of administrative law.
  • You know how to tailor your communication style to the other person/interlocutor and know how to deal with divergent interests.
