For the Environment & Development team, we are looking for a senior housing project manager.
What will you do?
For the Environment & Development team, we are looking for a senior housing project manager.
What will you do?
- As a Residential Construction Project Manager, you will supervise and expedite various residential construction projects, either in-house or from developers. You will serve as a point of contact for developers for various infill sites;
- You will supervise residential construction projects, at every stage of the project;
- You will manage the project team and ensure the timely and correct delivery of various products (such as land exploitation, agreements and environmental plan amendments);
- You ensure integral alignment of initiatives within the organization;
- You supervise participation processes of municipal housing projects.
- You will advise management, college and council on various housing projects and prepare the necessary documents for this purpose.
- You will work with external organizations such as the Province, Water Boards and housing associations.
