Municipality Hellendoorn is an enterprising municipality in the heart of Overijssel. The official organization is currently facing a major task of change. The municipality's social policy is being adjusted in order to continue providing care and support to residents who really need it.
As a counselor, are you able to motivate people in our society to get started themselves? Do you know how to empower people? And do you have the qualities of being self-managing, flexible and proactive? Then we are looking for you! We are looking for a colleague WMO generalist consultant!
What will you do?
You take care of the intake, process and examine the applications and you report and advise WMO wide, you also have experience and affinity with the facilities and housing adjustments that occur within the WMO. In addition, you support the resident in solving problems and refer them to specialized agencies. You decide to what extent help is needed, or whether the resident can be sufficiently helped by his own strength and the efforts of his own network. You are also able to draw up an integral support plan together with the resident. Hereby you look at the complete system and requests for help in different domains.

What do we ask?
You have a completed college education, in the direction of social legal, social (social) work or just more ergonomics. You have demonstrable experience in and knowledge of the field. We work with the Suite and Inproces. We consider it an advantage if you have experience in this. In addition, you have knowledge of the relevant laws and regulations and the social map. You have good oral and written communication skills. Also, you are analytical, structured, stress resistant and you are able to direct. As a colleague we find it important that you are enthusiastic, flexible and a team player with good integral collaboration skills.Company data
