Assignment Description

The Municipality of Hellendoorn is seeking temporary reinforcement in the position of Coordinator of Undermining. The municipality is actively combating undermining crime and wants to protect its residents and make them resilient against this threat. The Coordinator of Undermining plays an important role in the local approach, working with internal and external partners.
The assignment includes developing and implementing strategic policy to effectively combat undermining. The focus is on the optimal use of administrative law instruments, organizing and coordinating integrated controls and strengthening awareness within the organization and among cooperation partners. In addition, the Coordinator acts as the first point of contact within the organization and contributes to policy development in cooperation with the physical domain, supervision and enforcement.

What do we ask?
  • You have a job-related education at the HBO/WO level and preferably experience with Security is a plus.
  • You have insight into official and administrative practices, relationships and have broad knowledge of laws and regulations in administrative domains (space, safety, permits, enforcement, social domain).
  • You have organizational skills, make connections and enjoy working with colleagues, being a true networker. You have a well-developed helicopter view and analytical skills.
  • You communicate easily with various stakeholders both inside and outside the organization.
  • You are skilled in conducting conversations at both policy and executive levels, making connections and playing a supportive and advisory role towards the board.
  • You have a good feel for administrative issues, are customer-oriented and work in a goal-oriented manner.
  • You have excellent verbal and written skills and can handle tight timelines.
