Role description and task arrangements
As a director of broad support, you will have the opportunity to support aggrieved parents and adult children of acknowledged aggrieved parents on their way to a fresh start.

- Taking the necessary time to provide perspective for the future
- Actively support the creation of a new start
- Creating and implementing support plans in collaboration with parents
- If necessary, involve colleagues or external partners within the community
- Function as the permanent point of contact throughout the support process
- HBO working and thinking level required
- Demonstrated (legal) experience in law recovery surcharges and broad support
- Competence in stressful situations
- Ability to move quickly and be flexible
- Effective communication at different levels
- Analytical skills to identify and understand problems
