Who are we looking for?
You have at least a completed relevant HBO/WO degree in urban planning and you support our core values and working methods. You are an urban planner with an affinity for landscape. Hellendoorn consists not only of a number of beautiful villages, but also has a large rural area in which various developments take place. You have integrity, are customer-oriented, enthusiastic, representative and result-oriented. Moreover, you communicate fluently, you can work well in a group and independently and you can translate theory into practice. You have at least 20 years of experience and want to commit yourself for 3 years to the municipality of Hellendoorn.
The work consists of guiding plans and development that come in as initial initiatives, or are supported from the initiative table. This includes both urban planning and landscape tasks. The work consists of:
- Providing advice and frameworks for new developments;
- Guiding plans in further elaboration this may be with a sketch and or some spatial preconditions;
- Making a spatial survey for new development sites;
- Coordinate plans with other disciplines on initiatives or interim consultations;
- Work to be determined where the knowledge of an urban and or landscape designer is required.
- All work is part of the project realization 1000 homes
