Role description and task arrangements

You are responsible for the development task of the undermining policy of the municipalities and you manage the integral implementation. You fulfill the role of BlBOB-coordinator and are partly responsible for extending the application of the BIBOB Act to other policy areas. This contributes to administrative resilience and you take the initiative, solicited and unsolicited, to improve this further. Your work requires close cooperation with external partners such as the RIEC, police, Public Prosecution Service, tax authorities, cooperating municipalities and other relevant government organizations. You coordinate the local undermining consultation in which signals, casuistry and (administrative-legal) interventions are brought in and coordinated. You also work with the team and the Strategic Policy Advisor on updating and implementing the security policy. Together you ensure the desired coherence and financial accountability in the P&C cycle.
 
This is what we ask of you:
 
  1. You have an HBO+/academic degree, preferably in the field of Public Administration, lntegrated Security, Law or Criminology.
  2. You have several years of work experience in the field of Public Order and Security and speciflek the topic of undermining.
  3. You possess a healthy dose of enthusiasm, developed advisory skills and persuasiveness, which you naturally combine with a connecting and flexible attitude.
You deal with a variety of parties. Think of administrators, colleagues, residents, entrepreneurs and external partners. For them you are visible and approachable. You seek them out, know and understand them, speak their language and adapt your speed and style to them.
