Assignment program manager Woo
In 2022, an impact analysis was conducted and, together with the college, ambition was set regarding the Woo. In 2023, a program working on four tracks was established for this purpose:
Based on a roadmap, activities and projects will be carried out to realize these four tracks. We have come a long way with this and we are looking for a program manager who will take care of further implementation of the law.
The program is carried out on behalf of the CIO, with the program manager being the contractor. Together with chairmen of the working groups legal, information management, archiving and communication, you form the program core team, with which you collaborate and to which you provide functional leadership. There is a monthly steering committee meeting with the client to which you report progress. There is also a monthly core team meeting in which the workgroup chairs report and direction for further implementation is determined.
The program manager maintains an overview of the program, monitors progress, ensures support, ensures good involvement with the board and chain partners.
The four tracks mentioned are implemented through working groups. It is important that in the composition of the working groups, the program manager establishes clear connections between the groups and is also responsible for this.
We are looking for a program manager who meets the following characteristics:

- Fits the culture of the municipality of Hengelo;
- Possess a helicopter view;
- Knows how to easily hold his own in a political-administrative municipal context;
- Exude decisiveness;
- Has persuasiveness and therefore knows how to make the best use of scarce resources;
- Getting people to cooperate.
