Role description and task arrangements
Assignment Description:
The Municipality of Twenterand is looking for an independent, experienced Integration and Participation Consultant to temporarily strengthen the Work & Income team. You will direct integration programs under the Integration Act 2021 and guide newcomers towards self-reliance and participation. You will work in an approachable and committed team, within an organization that is in full swing and offers room for your own initiative.
Work:
The Municipality of Twenterand is looking for an independent, experienced Integration and Participation Consultant to temporarily strengthen the Work & Income team. You will direct integration programs under the Integration Act 2021 and guide newcomers towards self-reliance and participation. You will work in an approachable and committed team, within an organization that is in full swing and offers room for your own initiative.
Work:
- Conducting broad intakes with learnability test
- Preparation and updating of Personal Integration Plans (PIP).
- Directing integration and participation programs
- Monitoring and recording progress in the client system
- Guiding toward social and economic self-sufficiency
- Coordinate with partners such as Refugee Council, language providers and welfare
- Identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements
- Supervised a minimum of 15 clients with a complete and current PIP
- Clear and complete record keeping in the client system
- Appropriate participation places organized for clients in the Z-route
- Careful transfer of caseload for after Oct. 1
- Signals and improvement suggestions shared with team and/or supervisor
