The RO Legal Advisor is part of the Permits and Environmental Initiatives (VOI) team. This team consists of 18 enthusiastic, passionate colleagues with a great diversity of knowledge and skills. There is a pleasant working atmosphere in which cooperation is strengthened by keeping each other sharp, challenging and inspiring. Our professionals are in close contact with the administration, residents, entrepreneurs, institutions, cooperation partners and of course with their own organization. In this way, the lines of communication are short. This also applies to the cooperation with the employees of the Environmental Policy, Realization, Real Estate & Land Affairs and Supervision Enforcement & Safety (THV) teams in particular. Together we deliver future-proof quality in the physical living environment and have a connecting, inspiring and visualizing role. We look out for each other and you can always contact someone.

What you will do
You provide the spatial substantiation for plans under the Environment Act. You review the rules, images and explanations for the environmental plan. You will also assess and coordinate initiatives from residents, developers and other parties who have plans for the physical environment, providing integrated advice and solution-oriented thinking. As an advisor you manage the consultancies and supervise spatial procedures from start to finish and contribute to the development of spatial policy. This includes drafting policy notes and advising on various topics of spatial environmental law. Finally, you know how to represent the municipality in appeal procedures or at consultation tables or environmental dialogues.Company data
