We are looking for a senior policy advisor HR with a hands-on mentality, someone who brings the outside world inside and is result-oriented, decisive, strategic and analytically strong. What will you do?
As senior policy advisor you will be involved in the development of an agile organization. You will develop the strategic personnel policy that fits within the strategy, vision and core values of the organization. You ensure the development, implementation and evaluation of the policy. You are responsible for the realization of the policy agenda of 2025, such as the strategic personnel policy (light), training policy and the annual training plan, revision of fringe benefits, digital and data-driven work and sourcing), binding and captivating and you advise management and board on policy developments. You identify internal and external developments, bring the outside world inside and recognize (future) needs and developments and translate these into consequences for your own task. You advise managers and management in complex personnel issues. You also perform activities in the field of recruitment and selection, legal status and job evaluation. Your colleagues within the HR cluster will work with you on these matters.

In addition to substantive work, your duties consist of coordinating tasks within the HR cluster. You coordinate the work, fulfil a sounding board function and are the first point of contact regarding work content and professional quality. You perform complex more comprehensive work in terms of scope and depth. The HR cluster is part of the Internal Advice and Frameworks Department and consists of six employees who together are responsible for advising, developing, implementing personnel policy and management.

In this role, you are also the advisor to the WOR Director, proactively advising and relieving the WOR Director. In this role you are the lubricant and the contact person towards the Works Council on behalf of the WOR director. You monitor the progress of matters and take action where necessary.
