Our teams
Every day we are committed as one group to all residents and stakeholders. The Work and Income team consists of 12 team members and the Social Policy team consists of 17 employees. The Work and Income Team's responsibilities include the implementation of minimum regulations, (special) assistance, debt assistance (including a money worries hotline), applications for life maintenance and integration. The Social Policy Team is responsible for policy development and implementation within social issues such as health care, Wmo, youth care and youth welfare, Participation Act, minimum policy, debt assistance and education.
What will you do?
Under your inspired leadership, you ensure that the basics are in order within your teams. This means that processes, resources and people are effectively aligned with planned goals and activities. Your duties include:
- You are responsible for staffing; ensures staffing and necessary decision-making for the deployment of employees structurally or temporarily.
- You organize that developments in the field are always clear and known.
- You will support teams in continuous improvement and purposeful collaboration on results.
- You stimulate and facilitate the professional and personal development of employees. In line with organizational development, you contribute to employees working independently and more integrally.
- Determining the optimal deployment of people and resources to achieve our organizational goals is your expertise. This includes not only your own team, but also facilitating deployment of people for board assignments and projects.
- You set concrete results targets, both qualitatively and quantitatively. You keep a close eye on the required staffing.
- You translate corporate policy into concrete team plans for your teams.
- You will ensure effective communication and collaboration between different teams within the social domain.
- You manage the budget of your teams and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
You identify and address risks and challenges within your teams and projects, and develop plans to mitigate them.
