Role description and task arrangements
The supervisory construction parent will complete the 4 assignments below.
An inexperienced construction supervisor starts in early 2025. This employee has a lot of knowledge in the field of construction but is inexperienced in the field of supervision and enforcement. To improve the inexperienced construction supervisor's level of knowledge in the field of supervision and enforcement, the self-employed person will focus on coaching and guiding this employee. The concrete goal is that within 6 months he will be able to handle the supervision and enforcement tasks independently. The method of coaching and guidance can be filled in in his own way, based on the experience of the self-employed person. Knowledge and experience of the powerbrowser system is a must.

Requested is for the employment of a Construction Supervisor for 36 hours per week from Jan. 1, 202 to Dec. 31, 2025, with a particular focus on the first six-month assignment. The assignment will initially be for six months with an option to extend.
Assignments 2 and 3 take place on an ongoing basis, and in the second half of 2025, more emphasis will be placed on assignment 4.
- Coaching and mentoring an inexperienced employee
