Where will you be working?
As APV permit issuer you will work for 10 weeks in the field of event, alcohol and catering permits for the team Supervision Enforcement and Safety. Within the team there is a pleasant informal working atmosphere where cooperation is strengthened by keeping each other sharp, challenging and inspiring. We look out for each other and there is always someone to turn to. Our professionals are in close contact with the administration, residents, entrepreneurs, institutions, cooperation partners and of course with their own organization. That way the lines are short. Together we deliver a future-proof quality in the physical environment and contribute to a safe living environment.
What you will do
You review and are the contact point for (complex) permit applications in the field of (complex) events and liquor & catering legislation. You take care of the process and assist initiators in a professional manner. Besides the licensing aspect you also give advice. You consult with the portfolio holder on complex matters. You draft policy rules when necessary and advise on amending or adapting existing regulations.
