Health Promotion Advisor
We have an assignment for an experienced Health Promotion Advisor to join our team on a temporary basis. An advisor who is able to connect relationships, content (projects) and processes like a spider in a web. You are responsible for identifying developments within the field of Public Health and proactively advising on them. You have a broad knowledge of and interest in various topics within public health and can be deployed in various project teams. You can think of themes such as Social Health Disparities, healthy environment, mental health and JOGG. 

What will you do / tasks 

• Identify and analyze developments:You closely follow the latest trends and insights within public health and translate them into actionable advice for our organization.  

• Proactive advising:You will inform and advise our professionals, municipalities and various target groups on relevant developments and policy changes. 

• Project Participation:You will actively participate in various project teams and contribute to themes such as Social Health Disparities, Healthy Environment, Mental Health and JOGG. 

• Behavior Change and Preventive Health Care: You will develop and implement strategies for behavior change and preventive health care. 

• Communication and Presentation:You communicate effectively with diverse audiences and present your findings in an enthusiastic and accessible manner. 

• Supervising and coaching: You support and coach less experienced colleagues in their professional development. 

Experience  

• Policy Development: You have experience developing and implementing health policies and know how to do so effectively. 

• Health Programs:You are well versed in local and national health programs such as JOGG and can use this knowledge in your work. 

• Project Management: You have experience leading projects and coordinating with various stakeholders, and you know how to successfully complete projects.
