Assignment Summary: (External) Project Manager for Telephony Migration (Mitel to Teams & Voca).
We are looking for an experienced external project manager to migrate our current telephony infrastructure from Mitel to Teams and Voca as a call center application. This is a critical project in which we are migrating existing systems to a new, future-proof solution built by Triple P.
Responsibilities:
Lead the migration of the Mitel PBX to Teams and Voca.
Coordinate all aspects of the project, including planning, execution and communication with stakeholders.
Monitor project goals, timelines and agreements.
Managing the project team and working with Triple P as implementation partner.
Risk management and proactive resolution of bottlenecks.
Report to internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth transition to the new telephony solution.
Purpose of the assignment:
Successfully migrate the current telephony infrastructure to a future-proof solution with Teams and Voca, ensuring continuity of service and having the new systems fully operational.
Delivery:
The assignment should be completed with a fully functioning telephony solution and a satisfied project team and stakeholders.
