From the partnership the Program Direction Organization (pRO) we are looking for an experienced Business Consultant Strategy for the further professionalization of the Program Direction Organization (pRO): a sharp thinker who knows how to turn vision into execution and enjoys working at the intersection of strategy and operations.

About our partnership
The eight regional grid operators are working intensively together within the Customer & Market domain on a sustainable and future-proof energy supply. The pRO is a virtual network organization set up by and for the grid managers. We facilitate the joint management of customer and market processes within the Customer & Market domain. Think of products and services that are crucial for the energy transition: from digital customer processes to flexible market facilitation. The pRO supports strategy formation and implementation and works within frameworks set by the Customer & Market domain council, in which the business directors of all grid managers are represented. The organization is on the eve of further development and possible privatization.

Your assignment
As Business Consultant Strategy you are responsible for the realization and perpetuation of the Run Organization (vision, approach, way-of-work) and for securing Grid Operator interests in various bodies (i.e. EDSN, MFFBAS etc).
You move between thinking and doing and know how to link vision to realization power.
 

Your responsibilities and accomplishments in a row:

- Developing and recalibrating the strategy of Domain Customer & Market (DRKM) through strategic steering methodologies such as the OGSM

- Co-develop the DRKM 2026-28 Business Plan.

- Preparing the annual trend monitor for DRKM

- Establishment & further development of strategic steering information including user adoption

- Optimize from strategy formation to realization, both through developments on process, content and user adoption.
 

Who are you? An analytical, conceptually strong strategist who quickly understands complex issues and knows how to translate them into concrete actions. You switch easily between different layers in the organization and know how to effectively bring stakeholders into your story.

In addition, you bring with you:- -.

- At least 5 years of experience as a (business) consultant

- Experience with vision development, strategy formation and implementation of measurable objectives

- Demonstrated experience with change processes in business operations

- Skill in advising and enthusing stakeholders at various levels

- Experience with agile working

- Knowledge of the energy market or relevant market processes (preferred).
