In your role as Senior Business Controller, you’ll make an indispensable contribution to EDSN’s continued growth and professional development. You’ll serve as a strong business partner to the executive board and management and will be closely involved in the decision-making process. With your financial insights, incisive analyses, and strategic advice, you’ll help the organization grow in a controlled and predictable manner.
You’ll bridge the gaps between strategy, operations, and finance, translate complex issues into concrete guidance, and support decision-making with the right insights. In addition, you’ll take a leading role within the Business Control team. You’ll drive continuous improvement, help colleagues grow in their roles as business partners, and actively contribute to the further development of the field and the energy transition.

A level of work and thinking equivalent to a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, economics, or business administration.
At least 5–7+ years of relevant experience as a Business Controller, Business Partner (preferred), or in a similar advisory role.
Experience with strategic consulting and stakeholder management within complex organizations.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to distill complex issues down to their essence.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, business cases, and management information.
An interest in IT, digitalization, and data-driven management (preferred)
The drive to take ownership, drive change, and get colleagues on board with improvements.
