At EDSN we work on an innovative and reliable IT infrastructure for the energy market of the future. As a medior Power BI Specialist you play a crucial role in the further development of our reports and unlocking valuable insights for Finance & Control.
This is what you will do
- Dashboard development : You develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for various parts of Finance & Control (such as P2P, H2R and R2R).
- Data visualization & storytelling : You translate financial data into clear and visually attractive reports, tailored to different target groups.
- Data modeling : You build and optimize data models that form the basis for reliable analyses and reporting.
- Data quality & disclosure : You help improve data quality and think about how to optimally disclose data from source systems such as Exact Globe and Jira.
- Collaboration with stakeholders : You work closely with colleagues from Finance & Control, IT and other departments to deliver data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Education and experience
- Completed higher professional education in, for example, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Business Administration or a similar field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Power BI in a professional environment.
- Experience with DAX, Power Query and building data models.
- Experience with financial data and/or controlling is an advantage.
- Experience with SQL
- Knowledge of Jira and Exact Globe or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- You can translate complex information into understandable dashboards.
- You work in a structured and proactive manner.
- Good communication skills and experience in working with different stakeholders.
