You will play a crucial role in improving the user-friendliness and visual appeal of our applications and platforms.
This is what you will do
- Identifying and analyzing user needs through user research.
- Creating wireframes, mock-ups, user flows, and prototypes to test ideas.
- Developing intuitive and attractive user interfaces that meet stakeholder requirements and UX best practices.
- Proactively involving stakeholders, presenting new ideas, and ensuring clear communication.
- Collaborating with software developers to accurately implement designs.
- Conducting user tests and gathering feedback to optimize designs.
- Monitoring design guidelines and ensuring a consistent user experience across all our digital channels.
This you take with you
- A demonstrable Agile mindset.
- At least 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer.
- A bachelor's or master's degree in UX/UI design, graphic design, industrial design, or a similar field.
- Proven experience with UX/UI design for online portals or complex B2B applications.
- Extensive knowledge of Figma and FigJam.
- A proactive attitude: you take responsibility, but remain a true team player.
- A critical and analytical perspective that enables you to translate insights into concrete improvements.
- Strong communication skills.
- The ability to translate user insights into effective design solutions.
- Interest in the latest UX developments and enthusiasm for inspiring colleagues and stakeholders.
- Experience in managing complex stakeholder environments.
- Front-end development and React
Nice to haves
- Knowledge of the energy or utility sector.
- Experience with SAFe.
- Experience with design thinking.
- Familiarity with WCAG guidelines.
