Work on the development of office automation

As ICT Consultant at EDSN, you will be responsible for promoting a consistent vision and strategy in the field of office automation. For our employees you are the point of contact when it comes to solving incidents and disruptions in the systems. You get all the space you need to develop and innovate, so you will learn continuously.
In this you, like us, are stubborn enough to capture customization in an 'EDSN Way of Working'. Especially if this allows us to serve clients in the best possible way, at this stage of professional growth.
This is what you will do
- You are the point of contact for our employees when it comes to incidents and disruption in the systems
- You get to work on workplace management
- Maintaining a CMDB
- You deal with hardware orders
- You manage EDSN devices in intune
- You have periodic meetings with our internal customers through key-user consultations
- You participate on behalf of ICT in project consultations on internal improvement projects
- You will advise the EDSN organization on its own ICT

You enjoy working together to ensure a consistent vision and strategy in the field of office automation. On the other hand, you also enjoy executing projects with a high degree of independence. - You have a completed college degree in Business Informatics or college education in a similar field
- You have experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Intune, Azure IaaS/Saas solutions and Azure AD
- Excellent command of the Dutch language orally and in writing
