In the role of HR Project Assistant, you will support the HR lead in the implementation of resource planning and other HR matters. You will provide oversight, structure, and support in a dynamic and innovative work environment. Within the network operators, we are increasingly working together because we all face the same challenge. By working together, we are joining forces to tackle the challenges of the energy transition.
As part of the ongoing professionalization of the Program Management Organization (pRO), we are looking for a flexible, proactive HR Project Assistant.

About our partnership
Since 2020, pRO has been a virtual network organization in which the eight Dutch network operators collaborate on digitization, standardization, and sector innovation within the Customer & Market domain. As a strategic collaboration platform, pRO supports the energy transition by designing and implementing market processes related to energy data. Within this hybrid partnership, you will work on strengthening HR policy and culture.

Your role as HR Project Assistant
As an HR Project Assistant, you are a member of the HR team. You report directly to the HR Lead.
You will also collaborate with communications on staff events and participate in the PI cycle, as we work in an agile manner within the pRO.

Your assignment
As an HR support staff member, you are an important link in the HR team. You bring structure and continuity to administrative processes and tasks and provide support in:
  • Implementation of onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Administrative HR tasks such as contract management, maintaining SharePoint, and HR archiving;
  • Keeping track of strategic resource planning, preparing reports and overviews in Excel and Power BI;
  • Supporting training modules, such as arranging locations and sending invitations
  • Support with recruitment activities, such as planning and communication.

Who are you?
You are a professional support staff member who can work in a structured manner, but also gets energy from having to improvise at the last minute.
You work proactively, take initiative, have a fast work pace, and are results-oriented.
You have extensive experience with administrative HR processes and feel at home in a dynamic environment.

In addition, you bring:
  • At least 7 years of experience in HR administration or PMO position;
  • HBO working and thinking level;
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language;
  • Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel (preferably advanced level), SharePoint, and Teams;
  • Experience with Power BI is an advantage.
