As ICT Consultant/Administrator at EDSN, you will be responsible for promoting a consistent vision and strategy in the field of office automation. For our employees you are the point of contact when it comes to solving incidents and disruptions in the systems. You get all the space you need to develop and innovate, so you will learn continuously.
In this you, like us, are stubborn enough to capture customization in an 'EDSN Way of Working'. Especially if this allows us to serve clients in the best possible way, at this stage of professional growth.

Experience in an organization with an agile working method as well as using Atlassian(Jira) software is a plus

Quality of office automation and speed of incident handling are your focus.You enjoy solving challenging problems and disruptions. You enjoy working together to ensure a consistent vision and strategy in the field of office automation. You consider Security of paramount importance and make careful trade-offs between user-friendliness and security. These considerations are understandable and acceptable to our own ICT staff. On the other hand, you enjoy carrying out projects with a high degree of independence. You don't wait for others to tell you what to do and enjoy operating independently. You have both the business and human aspects and know how to act decisively on them.

As ICT Consultant/Administrator at EDSN, you will be responsible for promoting a consistent vision and strategy in the field of office automation. This is what you will do
- You are the point of contact for our employees when it comes to incidents and disruptions in the systems, i.e. our calling card
- You will take on the challenge of workplace management in a software development house
- You deal with selection processes and ordering hardware and software
- You manage EDSN devices in MS Intune and Jamf Pro
- You have periodic meetings with our internal customers through key-user consultations
- You participate on behalf of ICT in project consultations on internal improvement projects
- You will advise the EDSN organization on its own ICT
Experience in an organization with an agile working method as well as using Atlassian(Jira) software is a plus

- You have experience with Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Intune, Azure IaaS/Saas solutions and Azure AD
- Excellent command of the Dutch language orally and in writing
