Here’s what you’ll be doing
- Analyzing and systematically resolving issues arising from the growing complexity of the Atlassian platform's architecture
- Documenting these structural improvements
- Collaborating with fellow Atlassian admins
- Reviewing and Processing Change Requests

This further takes you
- Experience with process design and its implementation as workflows within the Atlassian platform
- Holds the following certification: Jira Administration for Cloud (ACP-120 / ACP-520)
- At least 3 years of hands-on work experience with the Atlassian platform
- Certification in these two areas is preferred: Confluence Administration (ACP-220) and Jira Service Management (ACP-420)
- Knowledge and/or experience with Align, Big Picture, Structure, and PPM (all related to portfolio management).
