  • You will contribute to the development of software that is crucial to the energy market.
  • You will work in a multidisciplinary DevOps team where you will collaborate with developers, operations staff, and architects.
  • You'll have the opportunity to learn, ask for feedback, and take the initiative.
  • You'll be involved in every stage of software development—from concept to delivery.

What do you bring?

  • At least 3 years of experience with Java and/or Kotlin development
  • Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices.
  • Experience with CI/CD (GitLab), Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps (Argo CD), and cloud (AWS) (preferred)
  • Knowledge of test automation and quality gates (e.g., contract testing, performance testing, and security scans).
  • Understanding of modern software architecture (Domain-Driven Design, API Design, and Event-Driven Architecture) (pre-requisite)
  • Experience with Agile/SAFe (preferred)
  • A curious, eager-to-learn attitude and a passion for technology.
  • Good command of the Dutch language.

Who are you?
• A team player who thrives on collaborating in a multidisciplinary team and enjoys working at the Amersfoort office on Mondays and Wednesdays.
• Independent, proactive, and committed to delivering results.
• Solution-oriented and brings new ideas to the table.
• Willing to work on-call shifts for critical applications.
• Assertive, with the ability to give and receive feedback.

What do we offer?
• Greenfield project with impact: modernizing and rebuilding a core system in the energy market.
• Modern tech stack: You’ll work with the latest tools and technologies.
• Small, autonomous team: short lines of communication, plenty of responsibility
• Results-oriented environment: Focus on concrete, measurable deliverables.
• Safe team culture: You’re encouraged to experiment, learn, and make mistakes.

Team challenges:
• Develop software solutions that are essential to a sustainable energy market.
• Translating complex issues into practical applications.
