The current tier structure generally applies to candidates for secondment. For the self-employed population, we are currently working with EDSN to further develop a separate procedure.
Until this procedure is finalized, Tier A suppliers may submit self-employed candidates for requests that are suitable for self-employed individuals. This applies only when explicitly stated in the request. If this is not indicated, please do not submit any self-employed candidate proposals.
With regard to the rate, the following applies to every application:

• The benchmark rate for this position is 95 euros.
• In accordance with the supplier agreement, we expect the quoted rate to be at least 5% below this maximum rate.

We do want to emphasize, however, that the selection process for this request is also based on the best value for money. This means that we expect suppliers to continue to focus on offering a reasonable rate in line with market conditions, rather than simply quoting the maximum rate.

What will you do?

• You will develop and test Java or Kotlin applications within a microservices architecture.
• You will work with modern CI/CD processes and tools such as GitLab and Spring Boot.
• You will contribute to the development of software that is crucial to the energy market.
• You will work in a multidisciplinary DevOps team where you will collaborate with developers, operations staff, and architects.
• You'll have the opportunity to learn, ask for feedback, and take the initiative.
• You'll be involved in every stage of software development—from concept to delivery.

What do you bring?

• A completed associate's or bachelor's degree in IT or a related STEM field (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience with Java and/or Kotlin development
• Knowledge of Spring Boot and microservices.
• Experience with CI/CD (GitLab), Kubernetes, Terraform, GitOps (Argo CD), and cloud (AWS) (preferred)
• Knowledge of test automation and quality gates (e.g., contract testing, performance testing, and security scans).
• Understanding of modern software architecture (Domain-Driven Design, API Design, and Event-Driven Architecture) (pre-requisite)
• Experience with Agile/SAFe (preferred)
• A curious, eager-to-learn attitude and a passion for technology.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
