Purpose: As a Scrum Master, you are a member of the Agile team, working closely with the development team and coaching on Agile theory, values and practices. You help the team in communication, coordination and collaboration and facilitate effective team events. 

This is what you will do

• Team coaching & events: leading/facilitating Scrum events; coaching on Agile principles; fostering ownership and continuous improvement. 
• Impediments & focus: identify and resolve impediments; create an environment in which the team can deliver with focus. 
• ART collaboration: coordinate with fellow Scrum Masters on dependencies and unified working methods; contribute to predictability and team performance. 
• Stakeholder alignment: understand business context and keep expectations clear towards team and stakeholders.

Collaboration and knowledge sharing

You will actively share knowledge within your team and with the Scrum Master guild, collaborate intensively with PO, Developers and Architecture, and contribute to a culture of learning and improvement.

This further takes you

• HBO+ working and thinking level;
• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master;
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and lean;
• Knowledge of SAFe (preferred) and Scrum Master and/or SAFe certification;
• Experience with IT/DevOps environments.
