- Processing contract renewals and amendments
- Entering purchase orders
- Confirming deliveries
- Maintaining the contract database
- (Independently) picking up 'single' procurement processes
- Renewing contracts
- Managing P2P
- Managing in-box Purchasing email
- Helping with process improvements: setting up the P2P process better
Collaboration and knowledge sharing
This gives you energy
You get energy from having a grip on contracts and POs and getting this right. You enjoy making processes better and building even more professional.
You take this further
- Extensive experience in operational procurement with various, professional organizations
- HBO working and thinking level
- Preferred: procurement training (e.g. Nevi 1)
- Experience with Proquro
- Knowledge of setting up P2P process
