Help build the future of the Dutch energy market As part of the further professionalization of the program Regie Organisatie (pRO), we are looking for an Office Manager with administrative precision and a feel for HR, who will keep administrative processes running smoothly and provide support for recruitment activities. This position calls for an experienced, proactive professional who knows how to bring structure to a dynamic environment

About our partnership The program Regie Organisatie is the network in which Dutch grid managers work together on renewal of the energy market. Within the pRO, digitization, standardization and cooperation are being worked on on a sector-wide scale. The organization is in transition and is growing towards independence. In this context, we are looking for temporary support at management and organizational level. In this position you will work closely with the director of the pRO and with the quartermaster Strategic Resource Management & HR. You play a central role in supporting management and HR-related processes.

Your assignment As Office Manager you ensure overview, structure and continuity in the daily work. In addition, you play an important role in administrative HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding and offboarding of employees and externals.

Your responsibilities and accomplishments at a glance: - Complex agenda management for the director - Organizational and administrative support to the director - Supporting the recruitment process (vacancy management, coordinating with candidates, scheduling interviews and locations etc) - Execution of onboarding and offboarding processes - Preparing and supporting internal consultations, meetings and internal events - Maintaining overviews in Excel and preparing presentations in PowerBI and PowerPoint - First point of contact for practical and organizational questions within the team

Who are you? A structured and proactive support person with excellent organizational skills. You feel comfortable in a role close to management, have an eye for detail and know how to keep administrative processes running smoothly. You have experience with administrative support and HR-related processes, and you feel at home in an environment of agile working. At the same time, you are people-oriented and know how important a good first impression is with new employees or outsiders. You want to provide service, you can switch quickly and you keep a good overview.

In addition, you bring with you:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar administrative/support function
- Experience with HR processes such as recruitment and onboarding
- Familiar with working in an agile organization (preferred)
- HBO working and thinking level
- Excellent command of the Dutch language
- Excellent skills with MS Office, Sharepoint and Teams. Preferably you also have some experience with power BI.
