By working together, we join forces to tackle the challenges of the energy transition. Your role is crucial in facilitating and guiding the implementation of various strategic themes.

As part of the ongoing professionalization of the Program Management Organization (pRO), we are looking for an all-around Project Management Support Specialist (PMO).

About our partnership

Since 2020, pRO has been a virtual network organization in which the eight Dutch grid operators collaborate on digitization, standardization, and sector innovation within the Customer & Market domain. Within this hybrid partnership, you’ll work to drive social impact and the energy transition.

Your Role as a Project Management Support Specialist

As a Project Management Support Specialist, you will support strategic initiatives, themes, epics, programs, and meetings within the pRO. You will make an essential contribution to the implementation of work processes, the organization of meetings, the monitoring of progress, and the preparation of management reports for programs, themes, and epics. You’ll serve as the link between content, organization, and execution, and you’ll keep a keen eye on matters such as improvement, standardization, and automation.

Your responsibilities at a glance:

· Supporting strategic programs and thematic teams within pRO

· Preparing and coordinating consultations, meetings, and decision-making

· Preparing and maintaining schedules, progress reports, and dashboards

· Monitor and report on the progress of Epics

· Identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements

· Monitoring actions, deadlines, and decision-making processes

· Drafting communication materials, memos, and PowerPoint presentations

Who are you?

You are a structured and proactive all-around professional with a knack for strategy and organization who works well with others. You have strong communication skills, an analytical mindset, and a service-oriented approach. You know how to set priorities, are well-organized, and can effortlessly switch between operational details and strategic overview. In addition, you possess:

· A bachelor's degree and a high level of professional competence and analytical thinking;

· At least 3 years of experience in a similar PMO or project support role;

· Extensive experience with agile work and change initiatives;

· Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI;
