Hello product owner
You will work on team ''NoCo'' one of the teams from the Agile Release Train case handling & service delivery market participants (ZSM). This team started July 1. Team NoCo focuses on the ''contractless'' process. Essential for households without an energy contract after moving. Contractless is the automated process of getting addresses contracted again with an energy supplier. This involves hundreds of thousands of cases per year.
We are immediately looking for a suitable product owner to start working with a new and ambitious team. Team NoCo is facing a hard deadline for the MVP in Q3-2026. There is a nice job ahead for the team to start realizing this. Is it done after that? Certainly not, there is still a lot of fun work to come that needs to be fleshed out.
This is what you will do:
We work 2 times week in the office (Tuesday and Friday) in Amersfoort and we use a Slack and/or Teams for video communication, to work together from home during the day. You get a Windows laptop to work on. Flex spots are click & work and the hot coffee and complementary cold soft drinks are already waiting for you.
For this organization it is important that you can communicate in Dutch on a professional level.

- Actively works with the product owners, business analysts, product managers and architects in defining, analyzing, refining, estimating and prioritizing the business and enabler features
- Thinks along with the product vision and strategy for the product, taking into account market and stakeholder needs
- Works closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize product requirements
- Sets clear and achievable goals and ensures implementation of product development projects
- Manages and optimizes the product backlog and ensures continuous improvement
- Works with the DevOps team to ensure product development meets standards of quality and efficiency
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide transparent reporting on product progress and performance
- Have at least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, preferably in the energy or technology industry
- Has in-depth knowledge of product development and agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
