As a recruitment lead at EDSN you will be faced with a diverse and challenging set of tasks. As a scale-up organization, not all processes are yet fully established. This requires a proactive attitude from you as a manager. You are responsible for the further professionalization of the recruitment department, including the design of reports, improving the current processes, ensuring that the employer branding is optimized and managing and coaching the recruitment team. At the same time, you will also take on a number of vacancies yourself - because you understand that the best strategy starts with knowing the practice.

Recruitmentplan

  • Recruitment goals and target groups
  • Recruitment plan: Own sourcing, use agencies, referall, etc.
  • Further develop sourcing strategy
  • Employer branding plan: Building and strengthening the image of EDSN. How does EDSN position itself as an attractive employer and what activities are carried out to strengthen the employer brand (How are we known as an employer, What do we have to offer/How do we want to be known, target group analysis, Personas, EVP). Focus: long term.
  • Labor market communication plan and calendar: Attract candidates (communications, channels, media, events, etc). Short-term focus.

Projects

  • Candidate journey elaboration and optimization
  • Worksite optimization (imagery, stories, explore different tech areas in depth, examples of what you're really doing as a tech, overview ve vacancy, etc.)
  • Diversity & Inclusion: what short-term quick wins and long-term goals.
  • Continuous Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluations to measure the effectiveness of the recruitment strategy and adjust as needed based on insights gained.
  • Improve processes, including tooling/work instructions

Report

  • Setting up reports and steering on KPIs such as: number of vacancies, time to hire, cost per hire, number of bad hires, spend, etc.

Control

  • Managing recruitment team (3 people)

You enjoy managing a team that is still developing. Currently, the team consists of three recruiters. With the growth goals of our organization, the need for a more strategic approach arises. Your extensive experience will enable you to shape these plans and execute them with jet team. You are able to take the lead and get people on board, but also not too shy to jump into the operation where necessary.

This you take with you

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a leadership role within recruitment, preferably within the energy or IT environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing recruitment plans, including defining target groups, recruitment channels and employer branding strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience managing various recruitment projects, such as optimizing the candidate journey and improving recruitment processes.
  • Demonstrated experience in creating employer branding strategies.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and setting up KPI-based reporting.
  • Demonstrated experience with SAFe or Agile working.
  • A passion for diversity and inclusion, with the ability to identify and achieve both quick wins and long-term goals.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to measure, report and use KPIs to continuously optimize recruitment strategy. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate and share knowledge effectively.
