As Risk Manager, you will ensure an effective risk management process. A well-functioning risk management process enables management to be accountable to stakeholders. You support the second-line risk management team by assessing the Control Frameworks (CFW) for a specific set of applications, but you are also familiar with optimizing a CFW. When assessing a CFW you are keen on design, existence and operation. In addition, you make sure that everything is done within the deadline.

Your challenges:

You will work independently within the Internal Audit & Risk team to assess Control Frameworks for state-of-the-art platform solutions & capabilities

You review the design, existence and operation of CFWs

You report your findings to management and make recommendations for improvements

You optimize the processes, risks and control measures in the CFWs

You will contribute to increasing risk awareness and take concrete actions to achieve this.

You advise management and the business on risk management approaches and implementation of projects

At least a completed HBO/WO degree supplemented by a post-master's IT Audit course (requirement)

Very extensive relevant work experience (at least 5 years, preferably more than 10 years) as an IT auditor, quality manager, risk manager or similar position (requirement)
- Includes recent IT experience, gaining knowledge of applying cloud environments, CICD pipelines and SaaS products and associated risks (requirement) -
Knowledge of/experience with Agile/SAFe principles (requirement)

Knowledge of/experience with management process standards such as ITIL, ASL and BISL (desired)
-
Knowledge of ISAE 3000 / 3402 control statements (requirement)

Knowledge of/experience implementing, improving and managing risk management & control frameworks for Cloud/Platform teams (requirement). Here, specific knowledge of AWS and Identity & Access management is a major plus.(desire)

Excellent command of Dutch (requirement) and English language (desire)
