Organizational context

Within EDSN, we are fully engaged in our Lean-Agile transformation. The LACE (Lean Agile Center of EDSN) plays a central role in this. From the LACE, we support the Agile Release Trains (ARTs) in the areas of:

  • Metrics and data-driven work
  • Continuous improvement and inspect & adapt
  • Value-driven work and flow optimization
  • SAFe training and certifications
  • Advice to the MT on the continued growth and maturity of our organization
 

Assignment Description

As a SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), you will guide the next step in our transformation. You will work closely with the LACE team and ARTs to further deepen and broaden the application of the SAFe framework. You will contribute to increasing Lean-Agile maturity within the organization and help teams and leaders apply SAFe principles effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Guide ARTs in inspect & adapt, PI Planning and improving flow and value creation
  • Support the creation and improvement of metrics and feedback loops
  • Deliver certified SAFe training courses (e.g., Leading SAFe, SAFe for Teams, SAFe POPM)
  • Advising the MT on strategic choices in transformation
  • Coaching teams, RTEs, Product Managers and other stakeholders
  • Actively contribute to the LACE and knowledge sharing within EDSN

Job Requirements

  • Valid SAFe SPC certification is a strong plus
  • Demonstrated experience guiding SAFe transformations
  • In-depth knowledge of the SAFe framework and Lean-Agile principles
  • Experience working in or for the energy sector is a plus
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Proactive and connecting attitude
