32–40 hours | Amersfoort / Hybrid (Mon+Thu) | Energy Market / IT | Start Date: October 1, 2026 |At EDSN, you will guide Agile teams that are building the digital infrastructure of the Dutch energy market. You will help teams grow in self-organization, agility, and results-oriented working. In this way, you will contribute directly to a future-proof, sustainable energy supply.
Your contribution as a Scrum Master is crucial to the development of innovative IT solutions that will enable tomorrow’s energy market. You’ll work in an Agile environment following SAFe and support teams as they evolve toward greater ownership and collaboration. You’ll remove obstacles and help teams achieve their goals. In this way, you’ll work together to build a modern, scalable IT organization that’s ready for the future. At EDSN, you’ll work at the intersection of energy, data, and IT. You’ll contribute to solutions that keep the energy grid manageable in a rapidly changing world.

You have experience as a Scrum Master in a DevOps environment and with SAFe
You have strong coaching skills and encourage teams to take responsibility
HBO/WO level of work and thinking
At least 3 years of work experience as a Scrum Master
At least 5 years of work experience in a DevOps environment
Proven experience with implementing SAFe within large-scale Agile organizations
Proven experience working within SAFe or similar scaled Agile organizations
Hybrid work: at home and at our modern office in Amersfoort (office days on Monday and Thursday)
You’ll be working in one or more of our multidisciplinary teams within the IT Foundation domain at EDSN. In this domain, we develop solutions that help the organization operate securely and efficiently in our AWS cloud environment. You’ll work in a dynamic environment with many different stakeholders.
