Given the short duration of the assignment, you tackle things quickly independently; you don't wait for others to tell you what to do. You make decisions yourself and you do so with confidence. Your way of working is proactive and effective. You know how to motivate teams and connect views. It gives you energy to challenge colleagues to develop themselves and achieve the best results.This is what you will do
- You remove impediments to the team
- You coach your colleagues as needed
- You will ensure that your team continually develops empirically (through transparency, inspection and adaptation). Delivering value and quality is central to this
- It gives you energy to help think about solutions. This is how you optimally enable your team to work on the set sprint goals.
- You facilitate valuable Scrum events
This further takes you
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a scrum master
- Demonstrated work experience implementing SAFe within large scaled Agile organizations
- Demonstrated work experience working within SAFe scaled Agile organizations
- Relevant certifications in the area of Scrum Agile, at least PSM II certified
- A PSM III certification is a plus
- Lean certification is a plus
- Experience with Cloud, System, Technical management, integration or infra teams is a plus
